Avocodo filled with sushi rice, salmon, cucumber, wasabi, nori, sesame seed and soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packaging and season with sushi vinegar.
  2. Cut the avocados half in half and take out the kernel.
  3. Using a spoon, remove some pulp from the avocado halves so that you have as much space as possible for the filling. Leave at least 0.5 cm.
  4. Cut the salmon in four and the cucumber lengthwise in four parts. Fill the spaces with the sushi rice, salmon and cucumber.
  5. Coat the cutting edges of the avocado halves with wasabi and stick the halves together.
  6. Cut the nori sheet into four strips. Peel the avocados and spread with sushi vinegar. Dampen the nori pen and wrap it around the avocados.
  7. Cut the bottom of the avocados so that the sushi gifts can be stably placed on a plate.
  8. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve immediately with soy sauce and extra wasabi.
