Directions

  1. Chop the almonds.
  2. Press the orange.
  3. Let the mango cubes thaw slightly.
  4. Cut the banana into slices.
  5. Mix the frozen cubes of mango with banana, almonds, orange juice and almond milk in the blender at the highest setting until a frothy shake.
  6. Pour the shake into high glasses.
