Grilled-pepper salad with feta and mint

Light the barbecue. Halve the yellow and red pointed peppers and remove the stem set and the seed lists.

Cut each half into 4 equal pieces and mix with the oil. Grill the pepper pieces 6-8 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, squeeze out the lime and cut the mint leaves.

Mix the rest of the oil, 1 tbsp lime juice (per 4 persons), half of the mint, pepper and possibly salt into a dressing.

Mix the peppers with the dressing and spread over a bowl. Crumble the feta and garnish with the rest of the coin.
