Gratinated potatoes with cottage cheese
A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon, onion, garlic, oil, floured potatoes, nutmeg, butter or margarine, egg (split (egg white is not used)), full curd cheese and whipped cream (125 ml).
