Garden peas from the wok with spinach
Fresh spinach with garlic, garden peas and crème fraîche from the wok.

Peel the garlic clove and cut finely. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the garlic 20 sec. on low heat.

Add the frozen garden peas and set the heat high. Stir fry 3 min.

Add the spinach in 3 parts and stir-fry until it has shrunk. This takes approx. 4 min.

Remove from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Season with pepper. Serve immediately.
