Quesadillas with zucchini and yellow peppers

Cut the chorizo into strips and the zucchini and the bell pepper into small cubes.

Brush the tortillas on one side with olive oil.

Place a tortilla with the oil side down in a frying pan and sprinkle 1/6 of the grated cheese over it.

Sprinkle a third of the chorizo strips, zucchini and paprika over and sprinkle again a layer of 50 g grated cheese.

Place a tortilla with the oil side upwards.

Fry the quesadilla over medium-high heat in 3-4 minutes until crispy brown.

Turn the quesadilla with a large lid and also bake the bottom until crispy brown.

Let the quesadilla slide on a plate and bake the remaining quesadillas.

Cut each quesadilla into 6 points.

Serve them warm.
