Guacamole with red pepper, lime, garlic and sea salt

Directions

  1. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.
  2. Cut the flesh into pieces and put in the mortar.
  3. Put the garlic in the mortar together with the sea salt. Mortar the pepper, garlic and salt into a smooth paste.
  4. Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into pieces and put into the mortar.
  5. Slice the pulp coarsely and mix with the pepper paste.
  6. Halve the lime and squeeze the fruit. Add 3 tbsp juice and mix through the guacamole. Add more lime juice if necessary. Bon appétit! .
