Mix flour, salt and olive oil.

Mix the water in a separate bowl with the yeast and sugar. Wait a few minutes until the yeast is activated and add it to the flour mixture. Mix into a ball that is firm and only slightly stuck.

Put the dough ball in a bowl, covered with a tea towel in a warm place.

After an hour, knead the dough again and put it away for another hour.

Put the dough on a baking sheet, press it down a little and put some rosemary leaves in the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius in 13 minutes. Baking in a crepe pan is also possible.

Form the dough to the pan, fry the bottom a little and finish in 7 minutes per side over medium heat. Shower the bread with a dash of good olive oil and eat immediately.
