Forest waffles with dipping sauce
A nice Chinese recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: flour, soy sauce (light), sesame oil, lemon juice, sugar, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), spring onions (in rings), butter (hard, diced) and oil.

Put the flour in the bowl and gradually stir in 125 ml of boiling water. Mix into soft and soft dough. If dough is too dry, add another 1-2 tablespoons of water. Covered for 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix soy sauce with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, lemon juice, sugar, garlic and red pepper. Mix one third of spring onions with dipping sauce. Leave dip for at least 15 minutes.

Grease the work surface with the rest of the sesame oil. Form a long roll of dough. Roll in 6 equal pieces. Roll out pieces of dough into flat, round cakes of approx. 20 cm diameter. Divide the rest of the spring onions and diced butter into the middle of the ground. Sprinkle with a little salt. Fold edges of dough over onions. Fold up well and roll into balls. Roll out one dough ball again into a round cake of 1/2 cm thick. Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan and fry it for 3 minutes per side. Roll out the rest of dough balls in the same way and bake them into biscuits. Cut the cakes into points and serve with dipping sauce.
