Italian marinated tomatoes
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: vine tomatoes (or roma tomatoes), balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian herbs (fresh or frozen), extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil (a 15 g).

Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Heat vinegar in saucepan.

Squeeze out garlic.

Combine herbs with vinegar.

Stir in the oil and pour warm dressing over tomatoes.

Taste at room temperature for approx.

1 hour.

Just before serving, finely chop basil and create tomatoes.

Tasty with roasted meat or fried fish..
