Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the onion 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic, the cumin powder (djinten) and the ginger powder (djahé) and fruit for ½ minute.
  2. Add the sambal, the ketjapmarina and the peanut butter. Stir fry this very briefly and then slowly add, while stirring, the warm (coconut) milk.
  3. Bring to the boil while stirring and serve immediately. This spicy peanut sauce is delicious with cooked vegetables, krupuk and grilled satay.
