Cheese-potato cookies
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: flour, mashed potatoes (550 g), eggs, bread crumbs (a 150 g), grated spicy cheese (Parmesan cheese), thyme (fresh or dried) and oil for frying.

Mix in bowl of flour with mashed potatoes. Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons of water in deep plate. Mix together breadcrumbs, cheese and thyme in another deep plate. From puree, make 16 round balls and flatten them into a cookie. Bake cookies one by one by breadcrumb mix, then by beaten egg and finally again by breadcrumb mixture. Place cookies on a scale and keep them covered in a refrigerator until use.

Heat oil in fryer. Stir-fry potatoes in 2-3 portions in approx. 5 minutes until golden brown and keep warm. Or fry a large layer of oil in 2 large frying pans with a non-stick coating and fry biscuits at the same time for approx. 5 minutes in golden brown, turning halfway through baking time.
