Puree with paprika and garlic
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (firm cooking), pepper mix (3 pieces), olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (pressed) and dried Italian herbs.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water for 25 minutes in salted water.

Meanwhile, halve the peppers. Remove the green stalk and the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes of 1 cm. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper and onion over medium heat for 15 min. Stir frequently. Add garlic and herbs after 12 minutes.

Drain the potatoes. Stamp with puree pestle. Put 3 tbsp oil and the pepper through. Add pepper and salt to taste. Tasty with lamb sausages.
