Mexican Tortilla Salad
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lime juice, olive oil, Mexican (herbs), kidney beans ((400 g), rinsed and drained), green pepper (in thin strips), cherry tomatoes (halved), red onion (in very thin rings) , tortilla chips ((150 g) and broken into coarse pieces).

Season to bowl with lime, oil, Mexican spices and salt and pepper. Mix kidney beans, paprika, cherry onion and onion and salad until use, covered, store at room temperature.

Pull tortilla chips lightly through salad. Serve immediately. Delicious with Mexican dishes and grilled corn cobs.
