Turkish yoghurt dip
A nice Turkish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemon, Greek yogurt, garlic (pressed), fresh mint (finely chopped) and sugar.

Peel lemon zest and press fruit.

In the dish, stir in yoghurt and stir in lemon zest, garlic and fresh mint.

Season the sauce with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.

Cover the dish and leave to soak in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Delicious with, among others, lamb kebabs, mussel skewers and grilled pita or flat bread..
