Plan of hard root vegetables, such as winter carrot, parsnip and beet, with a peeler or mandolin thin slices.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Hash the slices with a few drops of oil and put them on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake the vegetables in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Allow to cool and sprinkle with salt if necessary.
