Carrots with balsamic vinegar
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: carrots, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (bottle 250 ml), flat parsley (leaves finely chopped) and garlic (finely chopped).

Cut the carrot into slanted slices of 1 cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Add the carrot, vinegar and pepper and salt to taste.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Mix the parsley with the garlic.

Remove the carrot from the heat and sprinkle with the parsley-garlic mixture..
