Veal rolls with parma ham and sage
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, veal schnitzels, Parma ham and fresh sesame (from bag of Italian spice mix a 20 g).

Cut the veal escalopes into 12 strips of approx.

2 x 8 cm.

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.

Parma ham halve.
-
Place veal schnitzel and sage leaves on each piece of ham.

Roll up and stick to fondue forks.

At the table rolls in 3-4 min.
