Veal rolls with parma ham and sage


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, veal schnitzels, Parma ham and fresh sesame (from bag of Italian spice mix a 20 g).

Directions

  1. Cut the veal escalopes into 12 strips of approx.
  2. 2 x 8 cm.
  3. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  4. Parma ham halve.
  5. Place veal schnitzel and sage leaves on each piece of ham.
  6. Roll up and stick to fondue forks.
  7. At the table rolls in 3-4 min.
  8. Golden brown and cooked..
