Heat 2 tablespoons sunflower oil on medium height and fry the burgers in 7-8 minutes around golden brown and cooked. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry red onion with the balsamic vinegar in a gentle 9-10 minutes.

Grill the burger rolls on the cutting edge. Cover the sandwiches with the arugula, the sweet potato burgers, balsamic onions and the rest of the goat's cheese.
