Salad with walnuts, apple, banana, pineapple, chicken breast and celery.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry, stirring the chicken fillet for 7-8 minutes.

Season with the curry, (freshly ground) pepper and salt. Allow the pieces of chicken to cool.

Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes and then let them cool down (this makes the nuts crisp again).

Beat the whipped cream a little stiff and stir in the mayonnaise and mustard. Season with the sugar, (freshly ground) pepper and salt.

Squeeze out the lemon. Slice the celery. Cut the apple into strips and the banana into slices.

Spoon the apple and banana with the lemon juice so that they do not turn brown.

Spoon the chicken with celery, apple, banana, pineapple and dressing. Sprinkle the salad with the walnuts.
