Potato slices with bacon and egg
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, potato slices (450 g), fresh parsley (chopped), eggs (beaten), bakbacon ((thick slice, packet 150 g), in small blocks) and sunflower oil.

Cook the potato slices for 10 minutes.

Stir in the parsley through the egg.

Brush the gourmet pans with oil and heat them on the gourmet set.

Spoon 1 tbsp slices and 1 tsp of bacon cubes in each pan.

Bake until everything nice brown starts to color.

Pour a small dash of the egg mixture into the gourmet pan, let it solidify and season with (freshly ground) pepper..
