Fried rice garlic, ginger root, minced meat, winter carrot, chestnut mushrooms, spring onions and soy sauce.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool.

Finely chop the garlic. Peel and chop the ginger root. Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add the mince, cook for 2 min. Meanwhile, cut the winter carrot into thin strips and cut the mushrooms into slices.

Spoon the soy sauce, carrots and mushrooms through the minced meat and heat the whole while stirring in 3-4 minutes. In the meantime, cut the spring onions into rings. Scoop the sesame oil through. Season with soy sauce, pepper and salt.

Sprinkle the spring onions.
