Gluten-free cheese-herb bread
Gluten-free bread with cheese and herbs. Easy to make with gluten-free bread mix, herbal butter spices, ricotta and taleggio (Italian cheese).
Put all ingredients except the taleggio in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer for 5 minutes.
Cut the taleggio with crust into pieces of 1 cm and knead gently through the dough. Grease the cake mold with butter and spread the dough over it.
Cover the mold with cling film and leave for 1 hour in a warm, draft-free place.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
Remove the foil and bake the bread for approx. 40 minutes at the bottom of the oven. Cover after 20 min loosely with aluminum foil.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 30 minutes on a rack. After 15 min, cut the edges loose, remove the bread from the mold, let it cool down and serve.
