Marinated pork tenderloin with chili dip
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (finely chopped), ground coriander (ketoembar), lime juice, ketjapmanis, pork tenderloin (in 2 cm cubes), sweet chili sauce, Thai fish sauce and roasted sesame seeds.

In shell marinade stirring of garlic, coriander seeds, 1/2 tbsp lime juice and sweet soy sauce.

Preheat meat cubes for at least 30 minutes.

In a bowl mix chilli sauce with fish sauce, sesame seeds and leftover lime juice.

Remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry.

At the table, stick a block of meat to the fondue fork and fry until golden brown and cooked in 2-3 minutes.
