Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Let the couscous cool down until lukewarm and stir regularly with a fork.

Cut the parsley, fresh mint and tomatoes finely. Press the garlic. Scoop the parsley, mint, garlic, tomatoes, tomato oil and olive oil through them.

Squeeze the lemon and season the salad with the juice, pepper and salt. Allow the flavors to absorb for about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
