Roasted ginger sprouts
Roasted Brussels sprouts with fresh ginger, apple, chili and coriander

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the onion into thin slices. Boil the sprouts in water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain them.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sprouts and the onion over it.

Slice the ginger and scoop with the apple through the sprouts. Sprinkle the oil over it and sprinkle with coriander and salt and pepper to taste.

Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast the sprouts in approx. 20 min. Until done.

Remove the sprouts from the oven and grind them over with chilli pepper.
