Shrimp in creamy pepper sauce


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, red peppers (diced), dry white wine, dried thyme, pine nuts (roasted), whipped cream, cocktail shrimp (frozen, 500 g) and lamb's lettuce or watercress (a 75 g).

Directions

  1. Heat butter in frying pan. Pepper on low heat 5 min. Gently bake without coloring brown. Regularly shovel. Add wine and thyme and let wine evaporate after 5 minutes on a few tablespoons. In a food processor or in a high bowl with hand blender, mash paprika with casserole, pine nuts and whipped cream until smooth sauce. Season the pepper sauce with salt and pepper. Store in a refrigerator until use.
  2. Shrimp thaws in hot water for a few minutes. Drain, dry the shrimps and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes. Fry pepper sauce (either hot or at room temperature) in eight glasses and divide the shrimp. Garnish with tuft of lamb's lettuce or watercress.
