Tasty sprouts and bacon with onion from the oven.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Bring a large pot of water to the boil.

Clean the sprouts by removing the stalk and possibly the outer leaves. Cut the bottom deep.

Boil the sprouts for 5 minutes and drain them. Peel the onions and cut into thin parts. Cut the bacon into strips.

Spoon the sprouts, onion and bacon into a baking dish. Sprinkle thyme and (freshly ground) pepper to taste and sprinkle the oil over it.

Slide the dish in the middle of the oven and roast the sprouts for 20-25 minutes. Invite them occasionally.
