Make yourself hummus
Grind the chickpeas with the garlic, tahini (sesame paste), a pinch of ground chilli and a pinch of cumin powder (djinten) in a food processor.
Pour in the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. If necessary, add a little water to make the dip a little more smooth.
Season with salt and (chili) pepper and serve as a dip.
