Fry the garlic, anchovies and a dash of olive oil until the garlic is soft and the anchovies are melted.

Add the peas, cabbage and stock and bring to the boil.

Add the leaves of fresh mint.

Add the capers and cheese after 4 minutes.

Spoon, season with salt and pepper, finish with some extra small mint leaves, the cheese and a dash of olive oil..
