In a bowl, beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until the cream is just not stiff, but still nicely lumpy.

Spoon 1 scoop of brown sugar into each glass and pour the berry gin (or Beerenburg).

Now pour in the hot coffee and stir well until the sugar has dissolved completely (only then will the cream float nicely on the coffee).

Now pour the cream over the convex side of a spoon onto the coffee.

Mix the last spoon of brown sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle this mixture over the cream.

Serve the coffee immediately.
