Salmon on its oriental
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillets with skin and oyster sauce.

Dab the salmon fillets dry.

Brush the fish (not the skin) with the oyster sauce and sprinkle with pepper.

Bake the skin down in a frying pan with non-stick coating on low heat for 7 minutes until done.

Turn the last min.

Remove from the pan and remove the skin from the fish.

Fry the skin over a high heat for 1 min.

Press with a spatula against the pan.

Serve the salmon with the skin.
