Curry butter with coriander
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: butter (salted, at room temperature), mild Indian curry paste (pot) and fresh coriander (chopped).

With a fork in a bowl, mix all ingredients well.

Put the butter on a piece of plastic wrap and form a part of it.

Let the butter stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes.

Remove the plastic film and cut the butter roll into thick slices..
