Spicy beefburger


Recipe for a luxury burger on a corn ball with eggplant, tomato and arugula.

Directions

  1. Put the mayonnaise and hot sauce in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic on top, scoop and put covered in the refrigerator.
  2. Slice the leaves of the Italian herbs.
  3. Put the herbs with the oil in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic and shovel. Add pepper and possibly salt.
  4. Cut the aubergine into slices of 1 cm.
  5. Heat the grill pan or light the barbecue.
  6. Brush the eggplant with the oil and grill 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Mix with the herbs.
  7. Cut the tomato into slices. Brush the slices of tomato with the oil and grill 2 min. Turn halfway.
  8. Grill the burgers 15 min. Regularly.
  9. Halve the corn balls and place some aubergine slices on the lower halves. Divide the arugula and some spicy mayonnaise.
  10. Cover with a burger, 1 slice of tomato and some mayonnaise and cover with the tops of the bulbs.
