Spicy beefburger
Recipe for a luxury burger on a corn ball with eggplant, tomato and arugula.

Put the mayonnaise and hot sauce in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic on top, scoop and put covered in the refrigerator.

Slice the leaves of the Italian herbs.

Put the herbs with the oil in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic and shovel. Add pepper and possibly salt.

Cut the aubergine into slices of 1 cm.

Heat the grill pan or light the barbecue.

Brush the eggplant with the oil and grill 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Mix with the herbs.

Cut the tomato into slices. Brush the slices of tomato with the oil and grill 2 min. Turn halfway.

Grill the burgers 15 min. Regularly.

Halve the corn balls and place some aubergine slices on the lower halves. Divide the arugula and some spicy mayonnaise.

Cover with a burger, 1 slice of tomato and some mayonnaise and cover with the tops of the bulbs.
