Chicken liver in a Mediterranean way
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken liver, garlic (pressed), Italian herbs ((fresh or frozen), finely chopped), freshly ground black pepper, shallots (in thin rings), soft goat cheese, pine nuts and olive oil.

Cut off chicken loins from chicken liver and halved supplies. In the bowl, mix with garlic, herbs, pepper and shallot. Crumble goat's cheese over another bowl and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Fry olive oil in a pan. Quarter of chicken livers are already brown and almost cooked. Sprinkle some goat cheese mixture over it and pan it under the gourmet grill, until it starts to color cheese.
