Spinach salad with curry dressing


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: raisins, thick juice (apple), salad dressing (half full), mild curry powder, almond shavings and ready-to-eat spinach (fresh (game)).

Directions

  1. Soak the raisins for at least 15 minutes in the juice. In a salad bowl, combine the salad dressing with 1 tablespoon of water, the curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Keep the raisins in the soaking water and the dressing covered at room temperature. Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and leave to cool on a plate.
  2. Drain the raisins over the salad bowl and stir in the soaking water through the dressing. Put the spinach with the raisins in a bowl and spoon the salad well. Sprinkle with the toasted almond shavings.
