Directions

  1. Peel and halve the onion, cut into halves in wafer-thin rings. Divide the arugula and red onion over a large plate dish and sprinkle the dressing over it.
  2. Crumble the cheese over the salad and spread the raspberries over it. Serve the salad immediately, so the arugula stays crispy.
