Pak choi with sesame seeds


A tasty asian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sesame seeds (100g container), paksoi, garlic, stem ginger, sesame oil (250ml bottle) and soya sauce less salt (bottle 150ml).

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 2 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.
  2. Remove the bottom of the pak choi and cut the bok choy into coarse pieces. Slice the garlic and stem ginger.
  3. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic and ginger 10 sec. Add the bok choy and soy sauce and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Scoop frequently. Scoop the sesame seeds through and cook for 1 min. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and serve immediately. Tasty with fried tofu and pandan rice.
