Cut the radishes of the bunch and cut off the carrots and the green. Cut the radishes into quarters or slices. Grate and squeeze the lemon. Remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop the pepper. Cut the spring onion into thin rings. Finely chop the parsley.

Beat in a bowl of lemon juice and olive oil with salt and freshly ground pepper to make a dressing. Stir in the lemon zest, red pepper, spring onion and parsley. Also scoop the radishes. Leave the salad to withdraw.
