Remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop the flesh. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Beat the lime juice with the grater, the red pepper, cumin and oil into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut the strawberries into quarters.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Scoop the dressing with the fruits. Let the fruit marinate for 10 minutes. Cut the salad into strips and cut the leaves of the coriander roughly.

Just before serving serve the salad through the fruit salad and sprinkle with coriander. Bon appétit! .
