Mashed potatoes with garlic and fried parsley
Cut the potatoes into equal pieces and put them with water and a spoonful of salt. Cook them in about 20 minutes until done.

Fry the curly parsley in portions very briefly in the hot oil and drain on kitchen paper. Keep the oil.
