Potato with dip


Sweet potatoes with a dip of Greek yogurt, garlic, coriander and paprika.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Press the garlic. Mix the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic and paprika.
  3. Spoon on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and bake for about 45 minutes in the oven. Spoon halfway.
  4. Slice the garlic and coriander. Mix the yogurt, coriander, garlic, paprika, pepper and salt. Serve with the potatoes.
