Pasta salad with ganda ham and peach
Salad of pasta, ganda ham and peach with a dressing of honey, white balsamic vinegar, mustard and oil.

Directions

Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling water with salt al dente. Transfer the pasta to a colander and immediately rinse with cold water.

Cut the ham lengthwise. Wash or peel the peaches, halve them and remove the kernel. Cut each peach into 8 parts.

Put the vinegar with the oil, honey and mustard in a lockable jar or bottle and shake to a dressing. Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Spoon the peach slices with the ham into the cooled and drained penne. Mix ⅔ of the dressing.

Keep the salad covered in the refrigerator and the rest of the dressing at room temperature.

Mix the rest of the dressing with the pasta salad and mix the watercress through it.
