Cream sauerkraut with apple
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sauerkraut (natural (500 g)), apple juice, apple (eg jonagold), crème fraîche (125 ml) and dried tarragon.

Bring the sauerkraut with the apple juice to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer the sauerkraut for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the apple into cubes.

You do not have to peel the apple.

Add the apple cubes, crème fraiche and tarragon to the sauerkraut and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes until the sauerkraut is tender..
