Roasted potatoes with roasted garlic
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid), garlic, fresh rosemary ((20 g) needles removed), sea salt (coarse) and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Clean the potatoes under running water and cut into 1 cm segments.

Remove the garlic cloves; remove the loose skins, but do not peel the toes! Divide the potato wedges with the garlic over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the potatoes with the rosemary and the sea salt and scoop everything with the oil.

Toast the potatoes and garlic in the preheated oven in 40-45 minutes until golden brown and done; shovel halfway.

Spoon the potatoes with the garlic on a flat serving dish.

Have everyone at the table squeeze the soft garlic from the peel (do not eat peelings).
