Clean the onion, coarse pieces. And the garlic.

Fry the onion in the oil, and a little later the garlic.

Let the pumpkin, the 5-spices, the stock, aniseed, cinnamon and lemon juice cook.

Note: the pumpkin must stand! If not, add water.

Leave on for half an hour on the fire.
