Peach salad
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: ground cumin (jar 20 g), lemon (scrubbed), fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), sunflower oil, ground coriander (jar 30 g), spinach (bag 300 g), fresh mint ((a 15 g), only the leaves) and peaches (in parts).

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the cumin until the smell is released. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Grate the ginger. Beat a dressing of the grater, half of the lemon juice, the ginger, oil, coriander, cumin, pepper and salt.

Mix the spinach, fresh mint and dressing in a bowl. Divide the salad over 2 plates. Place the peach on the salad and drizzle with the rest of the lemon juice.
