Paprika in ginger sauce on goat cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: red peppers, ginger syrup (possibly from ginger), dry white wine, rucola (à 30 g), pepper and fresh goat's cheese (eg Bettine Blanc).
