Buffalo mozzarella with pistou
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: garlic, coarse sea salt, fresh basil (15 g), extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, mozzarella (cheese and buffalo).

Slice garlic and cut into pieces. Making pistols with food processor or mortar: grind or crush garlic with salt granules. Add basil (without stalks) and puree or rub into thick paste. Add oil dropwise until smooth, just liquid sauce (= pistou) is formed. Season the pistou with pepper. Use immediately or cover with plastic film and leave at room temperature.

Drain Mozzarella and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes. bread rolls halve and divide over four plates. Pour the drizzle over it and sprinkle some coarse pepper around mozzarella.
