Tagliolini with broccoli
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: garlic (in thin slices), extra virgin olive oil, red peppers (seed strips removed), lemon (cleaned), Parmesan cheese (piece), tagliolini (bicolore (pasta, 250 g)), broccoli (in florets), basil ((15 g) and the leaves finely chopped).

Put the garlic and oil in a saucepan and heat over low heat. The oil must be hot, but must not smoke. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into thin strips and add them to the oil. Remove the pan from the heat. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and add. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.

Squeeze out the lemon. Scrape the cheese flinters with the cheese slicer. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cook the broccoli florets in a different pan in 4 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta and the broccoli. Put back together in a pan. Add the oil mixture, lemon juice and basil and mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the pasta over 4 plates and garnish with the cheese flinters.
